thats pretty cool....ive allways wanted to know how they would have flown planes like the C-47,C-46,B-24,B-29(she had long range i know)....know what i mean?....i dont believe all of the planes used in WWII were dismantled and shipped overseas..we know they werent to europe..and i know ive read stories of B-25s being worked on at McClellan AFB and having extra fuel tanks added and armament removed and then being flown to hawaii....but what routes did they use to get south from there?...
