gtn 750 gtn "Charts not available"

Posted this at flight1 simforums but I was hoping someone here may have some suggestions.

The Flight1 GTN 750 doesn't load charts. The start screen list them as being unavailable.

When I run the trainer app the charts do work. Also, I checked the card2 file is in the Garmin db directory


I use windows 10 and fsx se edition.


the charts don't work in any of the planes I have including flysimware mu2, a2a 172, 182, Cherokee 180.


any help would be appreciated!

charts are working. It had to do with using multiple windows 10 user logins to install software.
