    FSX Effects

I've noticed that a few sceneries I have installed, place an 'Effects' folder in the activated scenery folder, instead of the usual root location. Will these effects work, or shall i just move them across?

Hello, unless the effects and their textures are in the Effects folder, they cannot work.

    Thanks Nick.
Hope you were'nt affected by the floods. In the 80's we lived on an old WW2 MTB on the River Ouse, so know all to well what can happen there.

Thanks, no we are a good way from the nearest watercourse.
Anyone who doesn't own a building on a flood plain was fine.
Most of York's extra problems were caused by a flood defence
not being used when it should have been.
