Finally got DX 10 going, but...

Thanks to Paul J and his perseverance he was able to help me get DX 10 to work. Read the guide and installed Steve's Scenery Fixer, all is well except this...



I am sure I missed something, but before I mess things up more, maybe someone has seen this before.
