Dave, you will need a DX11 GC.

They brought scenery memory into the GC now, so the higher your GC VRam, the better. A 2 Gig card is ideal.

The screen shots I've seen so far look awesome, I hope my systems up to the task.
My wallet too for that matter, hope they don't hike the price up too much.

    That video is impressive.
If you pay close attention, you'll notice that the scenery is casting shadow on the aircraft
I wonder if an aircraft would cast shadow on another aircraft ?

My desktop is dead and I don't know if I'll flight sim again anytime soon before I can afford a new rig. Very bummed to miss P3D v2!
If government was the answer, it was a stupid question!

    I have two question regarding P3D V2.
How much GB will it need on a drive?
Can i link all sceneries and simobjects from my FSX installation?
I ask this because i don`have very much free space on my HDD`s.
    Thank you
    Mike

    Hey Mike,

Right now, its not certain and unknown. I think they might put another plane in there, not sure. The download/installer (presently) is 10 gigs, and as you know, that expands as it installs. Figure at least the size of FSX.

Yes, that will be the main question...
Own some airports from Aerosoft, Lisbon, Madeira, London, and some of Orbx regions and airports. Will they be of use in Prepar3d ?

And what about REX and UTX? will they be of need/use? Own both...

    Linked Scenery?

    Thanks

Yes---many questions, what about the upcoming ASNext?
I think i will have to wait buying V2 until i have an answer to all the questions.
30 Gigs of size and i don`t have free space enough to install my airplanes and sceneries directly into V2----i can only link them from my FSX.
