Fast air at Lima Site 85

    Attachment 7828

Been reading Mark Berent's book 'Eagle Station' ; fictionalised account of the battle at LS-85 ; thought I'd look and see if it was included as a scenery in the VFAA Laos pack... and it is!

    Wikipedia entry for background reading:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Lima_Site_85 & http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laos_Site_85
and how it was built http://limasite85.us/the_constructio...ma_site_85.htm

Is that the cloud 9 or Virtavia (AlphaSim) Phantom? Thought it was AlphaSim until I saw the turkey feathers on the afterburners.

Uh-Oh... Nigel, we've been made, mate. Lets throw that camo netting over those crates smartly, before he comes down for a closer look!

Tu-22K "Blinder", payware from Virtavia. It's an older Alphasim model that Virtavia has in it's catalog, but it's a goodie.
