Thanks FSX68, going to add this scenery to the glades.

After running the airboat through the glades for a while, time to head back to base and jump in the 'Ants Drifter' floatplane and go up to take in the spectacular view from above. Nice! Might even fry up some gator tail at camp tonight for supper.

Gator tail? What's that taste like?

I always wanted to model an airboat. Future project maybe. I see a few of them modeled in GSU. Too much work to get them in FSX I'm guessing. For the amount of (or not) detail modeled into them.
It would definitely be a neat project!

    Thank you

That is so cool........Reminds me of the Lowe bass boat I used to have....it even feels like it and sounds like it. I got my wife to splash water on me as I drive it around to make it more real. I see the Dobro name is on it as one of the developers......I wonder if that was the cool guy from the old dayz over at HC....He made some really nice stuff?

The issue I'm having though is that I am not too happy with this FSX thing. The scenery is great and all but it is highly unstable for me. Besides the bad panel/ windshield I mentioned in another post (and no response) I get too many "sorry we gotta close" notices. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.....Rode the airboat around for an hour with no problem. Came back later and she just keeps stopping and 'having to close'.........hmmm kinda like the real boat now that I think of it...:isadizzy:

Oh well...........but thanks for the tip....
