    Crusader

Was wondering if anyone knows why I get ctd's from using this gauge with this aircraft.

    This gauge:
    dsb-xml-sound3

    The F8 Crusader by:
DESIGNERS:- Laborie Roland (Rollus13)- Laurent correia (Lco)

    - Jean Pierre Langer tableau de bord - instrumentation.

    - Jean Pierre Bourgeois (BeeGee) Modele de vol ( spécialiste
    mécanique de vol),en collaboration avec
Claude Yves Marie et Roland Peltre, anciens pilotes de Crusader

Also, how do you bring up the mini panel to activate the carrier launch and arresting feature?

Beautiful aircraft. Works well in FSX as well.

I'm not real sure about the dsb-xml-sound3 gauge in association with Rollus' F-8 except that there a lot of things at work with the model when your cruising along. I don't have that Crusader installed at the mo, she gave me fits in a previous install. I had it working beautifully and then all of the sudden, every time I'd select her from the preview window to go for a flight... I got the dreaded CTD as well. Maybe the dsb-xml-sound3 gauge had found it's way into the coding for the Crusader somehow... I don't know. Sorry, I can't be of more help, but I may re-install the Crusader here and see what happens. I currently don't have the dsb-xml-sound3 gauge in me gauges folder.

You may want to see if you can get in touch with Roland via e-mail... I think it's in the read-me for the Crusader. He could better answer that question.

But it is a real beauty of a model and when she behaves herself, you can launch the missiles (un-guided), from the cockpit and the spot view. And.. she's a joy to fly, eye candy to look at.

Oh yes, without the dsb-xml-sound3 you loose the sound effects for the weapons but I don't get the ctd. What was the button assignments for the missile and pilot ejection? I can't remember and my French isn't to good? I have even used his models as AI in FS9 and FSX. The work great there.
