    Hi guys,

I hope it's okay to post this here. I sent out an announcement to the major FS news sites this morning, and I wanted to include my SOH buddies:

    Hey Bill,

I live just north of you, ever hear of Munford? And we have the #1 champion high school band in the nation. We are having a festival in town tomorrow (if we don't get rained out)
I just signed up and hope that you all can make a new and improved KMEM airport. The older ones have the two control towers and the old one
was torn down long ago (but you already know that )

    Nice talking to ya.

    Hi Butch,

Funny you should mention KMEM. I was picking my wife up from the airport just the other day, and looking around I thought "man, why not do this one?" The airport is much changed from when I was a kid - and it's very intriguing. A big project, for sure, but one that I would not rule out.

And yes, I've heard of Munford. Never had the pleasure of visiting, but maybe sometime... ;-)

    Bill,
If you decide to make a new and improved KMEM I'd be 1st in line to buy it, don't forget to put a few static FEDEX planes out on their Flight Line
If you do decide to visit Munford, drop me a PM and I'd be glad to meet you and the Mrs.

    Have a great weekend

Bill, I think you've made a good decision going at things on your own. You have what it takes to make great scenery.

    Good Luck to you!! :salute:

Edit: I'm hopeful for more Washington state goodies
