Next modern military medium size helicopter for FSX ?

Next modern hight tech military medium size helicopter for FSX ?

"Two choices Only" non scientific Poll :

    AW 139 ?
    or
    NH 90 ?

My choice go for the NH 90 first and the AW 139 later.
But both are needed for FSX !

UKMIL did just release the Gazelle AH1.

Being a Sikorsky guy, my vote would be S-92/CH-148 also, but of the listed 2, picking the AW139 or newer 189.

To go with jeansy's retro but still a workhorse, S-61T.

    I go with Jeansy.

    NH90 and the Mi-8/17 family.

    Cheers,

NH-90 for me too however as Hank and Matt said a good MI-8 would go a miss.

I'm partial to the AW139 since I see them regularly flying out of NE Philly airport from the Augusta plant there.

I'd like to see the AW139 or S92 myself. ICARO did that great 139 in FS9 but it don't look like they'll bring it over to FSX. And as no one has done the 92 yet it might be good to see something REALLY NEW for the rotary side of the house.

I'm going to go for the Bell 525 Relentless.

Barring that, I've always liked the NH-90.

A vote for the NHIndustries NH90 here! (there's no space or dash in the name, its just NH90)

An increasing variety of nations are adopting them for their military forces, and it's been proven to be a wonderful utility transport!

Also, although it's not an "official" option, I would vote for one of the most widely produced helicopter in the world as well.
    The Mil Mi-8.
Over 11,000 Mi-8s have been produced, and it's used by over 50 nations in a multitude of civilian and military roles. It is arguably just as prevalent and as much of a workhorse as the famous Huey!
Of course, the issue here is the complex nature of the systems, as well as the language barrier. Most developers can't handle that sort of workload, but hopefully we'll find one soon that is willing to take this helicopter on!

the next question should be, who would you like to see develop it?

First choice: Cera Simulations (creators of the Bell 212, 412, 222, and upcoming Sikorsky UH-60)

Second choice: If Mi-8, an independent Russian developer...

    Third: Milviz independent of Nemeth.

Fourth: Nemeth stuff has been released kind of buggy lately, but they seem to be the only other major helicopter dev house that puts some sort of emphasis on realism/systems.

Honestly I don't really care about WHAT helicopter gets made. I just hope it will be a REALISTIC copter like a Dodosim, not one of these copters that start with CTRL+E or just two switches...

I agree, im not real keen on nemeth either, just paint them, rarely fly them, i think they concentrate on too much but over look the basics, like the flight model and completing the model, and a few other things which if i post will result in my post being deleted

im more than happy to swap high tech systems and eye candy for a decent flight model and working gauges

as for another dodo, pigs will fly before we see another in the short term, its a shame but simply read the huey thread and see the set backs these poor guys are encountering
