    Great shots, Huub !

I just love to see parked aircraft without pilots inside, for that added sense of realism.

I am glad someone else does! And it's all freeware: TDS 737-700 base pack with N389BA and P4-NGK paints at avsim/flightsim.

This is in P3Dv4 with PBR models and textures that give the reflections.

    MZee1960,

Your New Zealand screenshots are AMAZING. Are you using Orbx for those New Zealand screenshots in FSX?

    Regards,

    Aharon

Got me Aharon! P3Dv4.5 with PBR models and textures. Have not looked at FSX since 64 bit P3D changed the game in 2017. No more OOM's and it runs faster with better frames than FSX on the same PC build.

    They are there again

When you fly over the west part fror my country (the Netherlands) in ORBX you will notice them. The colourful fields which represent the flowers which you can see at this moment. In the are where I live you can see these fields. Traditionally flower bulbs are grown here, and around Easter you are able to see the large fields filled you flowers in all colours. The fields attract millions of tourists from all over the world.

It is only a very short period as it is the bulb is which makes the profit. So the flowers are actually chopped off quite fast as the energy to grow this flower reduces the size of the bulb.

For those who wonder; A picture from the ORBX flower fields in FSX and some of the real thing, taken by me, seen from the ground... As you will see the real thing looks actually more spectacular than the ORBX version.

    hyacinths

    Tulips

    Daffodils and tulips

Tulips and hyacinths in the back (hard to spot).
