Fairly straight forward shot without embellishments but atmospheric enough for me.

I like this thread. Some great artists in here. You've given me a lot of ideas. Here are a few more faux-tographs for your amusement.
It's Sim Skunk Works new freeware release of the F-104S:

Highly recommended!
Not only because of this awesome afterburner effect, but even more for its system-depth (my inability to operate it properly yet may proof it...).
Cheers,
Markus.

The '88 was an awesome piece of machinery...my favourite being the BMW 801 powered versions. What an engine! I used to have a cylinder pot and 'paddle' propblade decorating my place years ago in the UK. They ended up in someone's museum collection.
Pity there's not a decent version for FS2004!?!

Yep, Nigel I also love the 88. Fortunatly the CFS2 model works also in FS. But a FS9 version is very wellcome The 2D and VC is realy not "up to date" for FS9. But no matter it makes FUN !!!
Andi
btw I can't believe what beautiefull pictures I see here !!!
That '88' on fire shot is a fantastic!
Kind regards
