That "lime green interior" is zinc chromate paint - corrosion protection. Trust me, if that's your $2MM asset, it won't bother you do protect it .... :ernae: I'm sure HD or others who were around airplanes during the 40's and 50's (when it was commonly used) can elaborate on its merits

It was known as "Baby Crap Yellow" - more or less. There was an exterior zinc chromate that was a darker green used on landing gear. etc.
