    Unhappy Windows 7 and FSX

I recently changed from XP to Windows seven.
    I downloaded Carriers 2,Nimitz- Ike2,Tracks,F15.
I have the ADD-ONS window and selection of ships, position, speed(in free flight). But no aircraft on deck. With XP it was simple, you just placed files as per Instructions,in W7 i cannot find sim objects,Aircraft or boats. To download everything you have to use window stating "grant full admin control. It works for ships but not for aircraft. All I get is" Aircraft initialazation failed F15D."
    Can any one help??:isadizzy:

    W7 Has New File Structure

Try looking in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ for the FSX files. That is where FSX loads the files if you use the default install routine.

Do not install FSX into Program Files. It will probably cause many kind of problems with UAC.

Place it instead for exampe to "C:\FSX", or preferably a separate hard drive, or partition. It also helps defragmenting and browsing.
