    And beware, to truly absorb it, you'll need about 3-4 visits (if you plan to read everything in every display) :salute:

    Museums are having a difficult go of it now. I know the National D-Day Museum was threatened with its survival a few years back.

    Been there many times Panther and it is always a great visit. How are you liking San Antonio and surrounding hill country towns? San Antonio is home turf for me. I miss it!

    It's switched to a more general WWII museum now. Last time I was there they had a lot of really neat stuff from the pacific theater.

    Yep,
    I defitnitely plan on at least one more trip there.... San An isn't too shabby...good/bad as usual....

    I'd like to know how the museum obtained Yamamoto's jacket,...or is it a replica of the real one?
