The cars I would like to own if Money was no object.....I would have to go with Cars that had peaked my interest in my past.

current desire is a 1969 VW Notchback, because I owned a 1970 VW Beetle from the past which would also be on the list but down.

    Ford Contour1997,
    Buick Regal 1990,
    Williys Jeep 1944,
    Kubelwagen made by Intermeccanica International,
    Basic Lada Niva,

    Just to name a few

If I had the money the first one I'd round up is another '69 Dodge Coronet (not a Super Bee but maybe an R/T).
    After that...
    '71 Barracuda
'40 Ford 3-window or Sedan Delivery
'59 or '61 Chevy Biscayne (2-dr post or wagon)
'55 Dodge station wagon (I don't care what trim level)
    '87 Buick GNX
...I don't know where to end the list......

Most of the new stuff doesn't excite me in the least.

Not a one of em ... sorry!

To get around town? I'll take a Z72 GMC Sierra any day.

Most of those new cars have those giant wheels and thin tires. I hate that trend as they look awful to me. When I get a new car in the future it will be utilitarian with decent gas mileage. Something simple to get me around town.

My 2 dream cars are a 1970 Plymouth Superbird 4-spd with a 426 Hemi (Limelight green of course) and the other is a 1969 Hurst Olds with the 455 engine.

Well, I suppose I wouldn't say no to the Maserati GT. I was kind of underwhelmed by all the hybrids and electric run-abouts.

A 39-40 or 41-46 GMC pickup with a later 250 or 292 straight six and a 5 speed with overdrive. Upgrade the brakes to discs too. But keep the stock height and body.

If I am choosing one of those presented on that webpage, then it would have to be the Tesla sedan, last one.

I did some exploring on Flickr.com and found some better screenshots of it. Very nice! I didnt know it would be that nice of a vehicle. I wonder who designed it?

Note, I believe this is a fully electric car. I'll bet it hauls boooot! :d

For the combination of hot babe and hot car I'll go with the CT&T C- Square in photo 10. On the other hand, not even a "naughty schoolgirl" fantasy could get me interested in the atrocious e-Zone Plus in photo 9.

Go to Nurburg- the GT2 and GT3 RS are common place! No kidding.

I'd like the bigger brother of my current steed (TT2).. a V10 R8 Spyder.

Though the Challenger RT looks pretty neat too.

None of those mentioned, it would have to be an Aston Martin DB9 for me, pure sex on wheels.

And if I wanted to cure any constipation, I think I would go for a Shelby AC Cobra

Those are some nice looking cars, but I do not care about cars and wish I didn't have to have one so a plain old Toyoto Camry works for me.

I have to agree with sandar. DB9 Volante. British Racing Green with cream interior.

Failing that? I'd be happy with a 911GT3, although I'd never be able to use it because it would destroy my back. Guess I'll have to stick to boring old sensible cars.

My back is already destroyed which is why I drive a boring automatic Renault tourer (sensible, Renault? is anything French sensible?) so I can get my wheelchair in and out relatively easily.

Hmm, from that lot, the Maserati GT convertible, the Audi R8, Ferrari 599XX, Lotus Elise, and the BMW Z4. The rest are either hybrids, American, or Chelsea tractors and hold no real interest.

in the cars shown in the pics from the link , just the lotus elise ( even thought i prefer the exige all the way ) and the SLS AMG .

    - 1984 lancia delta S4
    - 1952 mercedes 300SL
    - ford escort RS cosworth and/or toyota celica GT4 ST205

and of course , my all time fantasy car , 1994 dauer 962LM

    Plenty of hybrids eh?
To do this in the heartland of US motordom seems to indicate they might be serious about electrics, this time round.
Notable too, the captioning the Daily Press uses e.g.
" Model Kelly McManus of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan poses with the CT&T C2 C Square electric vehicle..."
Babes used to be called (if they were called anything at all, which wasn't often) Kandy, and the bonnet was open to show a 427 cu inch V8.

The Audi R8 would be the only vehicle there that wasn't plain fugly, just fashionable, just frivolous, or a combination.
Edit: OK the Tesla is interesting, too...
