Falcon, you should get the FS9 HDE clouds in your FSX.
The ones in 512x512 look great and do not impact the FPS too much.
The only problem with this pack is that it also replaces the texture used for the visiblity layer. As a consequence, instead of a uniform white layer, like we can see in your last screenshot, you get some kind of cloud that follows you. Other than that, this pack is amazing, and free !
