There is a very nice FS2004 Crusader by Laborie Roaldn, Laurent, Correia, Jean Pierre Langer, Jean Pierre Bourgeois, Claude Yves Marie and Roland Peltre. It can be found on Flightsim.com as Crusader.zip.

The older ALphaSim freeware Crusaders work passingly in FS2004. Bob CHicilo has done flight dynamics and effects updates for the planes. THey are dated, but are usable if you aren't superbly picky about not having a super modern VC with clickables.

The great Kazunori Ito did an F-106, f106a2k4.zip and f106b2k4.zip, plus there are a handful of skins out there. There is also a French source for the F-8 by Laborie Roland and Laurent Correia, crusader.zip, with several skins included.

Don't overlook Ito-san's F-102 as well. Lots of skins available, too.
