Combat Flight Sim 1 Tutorial help

Hi I am new to this forum. Question on CFS1. Is there anyone who knows how to install new campaigns or missions for CFS1 that I can use. I downloaded some campaigns from simviation but the instructions are confusing. Is there a step by step tutorial on how to install campaigns downloaded from the online flight sim community that I can play on my CFS1. I am not a programmer and it looks like you should know how to program gsl files but I do not. I only want how to install a campaign on my CFS1 so I can play it. Please help. Thanks. bye.​
