I did, my first test flight last night. Took off, tried to adjust the props but the levers did not seam to have any effect, but i did not have much time to fully investigate.

Updated model available with improvements to interior textures (does not affect repaints ) and better throttle response.
The Dove had constant speed props, advanced for its day, if anyone can tell me how to model them accurately I'd be glad to hear from you!

    Couldn't move the prop levers.
All my aircraft are set to Hot Start & the Dove came in Idling at 1,500 rpm, sounded quick in the headphones.
Also flew pretty quickly before I pulled the throttle back.
Will see how she goes after trying update

AvAngel has just put an initial review up on YT.
I have left after 1/2 of it to update the Dove, but she is flying along with an engine cowl open & can't [at that stage], figure out how to close it.

Now flying update version, very smooth & AP is holding ALT & HDG.
Still can't get the Prop levers to move, could be my controls as I saw them move in the AvAngel video.
Are the Mixture & Cowl flap sliders functional, & move?
    Mine don't, yet

    Thanks Rob - lovely model!

Looking for some help re some of the controls in the Dove
Love the model, very retro, & would like to be able to get a few more controls moving.

The Prop levers, the Mixture Control levers & the Cowl Flap levers - in each case if I hover the mouse pointer over them I get a readout of the lever function & current % setting, however the pointer does not turn to the "hand', which lets me left click/hold & drag the lever, such as I can do with the throttles.
Any suggestions appreciated. & AvAngel did get the engine cowling shut eventually, by going to an outside view & clicking on it.

Oh that is nice... wonder if Rob could be convinced to make a Devon variant (as this is in real life)

Thank you Rob for an update, and for being humble enough to ask for help on the props. THAT is a mark of maturity, and a great example for many. (myself included).

Jan Kees, I love the NZ repaint you are doing. In FaceBook I'd tried to send you a link as a nice reference for British military repaints, and as you know it attached the wrong URL. Here is the one I meant to send you. https://modelingmadness.com/scott/decals/caracal/72/cd72079.htm

I ended up doing another Fairey Survey Ltd aircraft, G-AMKS, below.

I've also spotted some omissions with G-AKSS , so I'll be updating it at flightsim.to

Excuse me, August, but how do i know i'm looking at the new textures ? The link in Rob's first post doesn't work. I just went into the SOH lib and downloaded the Dove again, removed the first install and installed the newly downloaded file. I don't think i see any new textures ?....

    Any tips/hints highly appreciated !
