VMF-124 was the first Corsair squadron stationed at Guadalcanal.
This campaign is 23 missions and follows the squadron until they transferred to Munda in July 1943.

Hmm. VMF-121 flew both wildcat and corsairs, I think. Was this the first unit to be fully formed around the Corsair?
VMF-124 flew from Guadalcanal Feb,1943 and was the first Corsair Squadron at the time.Originally Posted by highpockets

Can this be added to the 87 days cactus ?
You have to add the early 43 scenery to it like the 44th FG 18th FG
that was uploaded awhile back.I think I sent that to you before it was released.

You are right Hiede. Your 44th FG is installed. I have it in what I call CFS 2PTO Talon. Had to look for it. I have been rearranding my installs after computer issues earlier this year. If you like, send me the VMF -124. Imade a clean install of 87 days of cactus for later scenery and renamed it. I have enough issues trying to remember which one to take out and when.
Just waiting hear back from those I sent it to,to make sure everything is included and works.Also to see if it is worth uploading.

I installed it into my Solomons install without problems, most everything that is needed was already there.
'll start flying the missions shortly, when I have a few days off.
