It looks like your airfield dds is from the original CFS3 with a much more ubiquitous covering of white in winter, and your terrains are from some other download.
Well. many of these are ACC or AAF airbases, so AFAIK the last ones done. I am not sure about the terrains but I will look around in my installs for others.

So I went to Winding Man weather......
I added the relevant files to my install, but not the WM app
