I'll do one. I've been at it since P3Dv4.4 in 2018! It'll take a few days. The main challenges are not in the MCX materials conversion but in constructing the metallic textures. You need a painting app which will allow you to manipulate channels - not all do. I've invested in Photoshop by subscription - this is my hobby after all so worth it to me! This is my latest effort - the old FS9 A2A P-47N, converted to FSX many years ago and now to PBR.
Makes a helluva difference even on an old bird like this!

Yes, red is the metallic channel; with your set up green should be white (no AO) and blue should be black.
