All seems quiet on the home front...

Things seems to be quiet around here. Just wondering where everyone went.... Hopefully CFS3 is not dead yet...

Oh it certainly is still kicking. Big projects, small beginnings.

I've been spending most of my time on a project for adding additional AI vehicles to IL-2 Tank Crew.

Well I know Ted and John are also hard at work!

    Cato said "Carthaginem esse delendam"
I say "Carthago iam diu deleta, sed enim Bellum Alium adhuc aedificandum est"

Great news ! Glad to still see things happening here. Just not many posts. Love this place and still enjoy CFS3 above any other air combat sim. Thanks to all who are doing work for us to enjoy ! Regards,Scott

I was thinking of buying TC at the spring sale. But what did close my wallet was that knowing the whole IL2/RoF series is a bit sterile, I suspect this is also counting for TC. While for flying this is a minor aspect, but for an Tank game its a big immersion breaker.
Think to make the game more popular 1C need to introduce infantry movement in cooperation with the tanks and an Western front.

Must admit ,now getting into the Strike Fighter 2 series , and it is as engrossing as CFS3 ,when it comes to mods and fighter jets ,compared to WW II aircraft, Nice change of pace. They have both WW I and WW II mods also for it. Il-2 1946 BAT takes up a lot of time too.Still always come back to CFS3 for some fun light action , even after all these years. Late comer into the SF2 series ,but glad now to have it. Highly recommended combat flight sim for a change of pace and a mod addiction. Regards,Scott
