    PC-6 update

Have received the Blackbird/Milviz update for the Pilatus, with the long-awaited float version amongst other goodies.

However the downloaded file has particularly dire warnings from Windows. 'Malicious File' etc etc. Normally I ignore these, and Bitdefender doesn't seem unduly perturbed, but why is this happening ?

If you got it from Miviz, I would trust it. It could be that Mizviz hasn't paid Microsoft to get a signed "good guy" ticket.

More than likely it's a false positive because of the code in there.

Most AV programs are "better safe than sorry". if the installer comes from a trusted source, then you have very little to fear.
