Thanks. I believe the ships he used in Pearl Harbor had the guns taking out probably to replicate the fact it was a surprise attack otherwise those guns would fire long before the first bomb or torpedo got launched. Also a lot of air traffic explosions etc. would take a hit on the frame rates and flak would just add to it. Survivabilty wouldn't be a issue since the guns could be made to fire without causing much damage.

Talon had these ships setup the same way in his PHP2 install but I don't have that one installed right now.

I have a few other ships that VN never released also but need to figure which ones they are.I think there are a total of 14 or 15.

    UncleTgt,

There's only one"clamouring" for them and believe you know who that is.

I'm bet he will complain about them

I laughed when I looked at some of Usio's DP's. Some guns had like 3,000 hit points. That guy was trying to rip both wings off of a B-24 in one shot I think. He was gifted too but those first ships the Frame Rates would bog down the best of the PC's.

Yep, I guess a 14-inch shell would have this kind of effect.

    Thank you

Thank you for these wonderful additions to my naval fleet!

I have successfully added them to my P3D and they look stunning, as can be seen from these shots. Now to add smoke and lights and get them loaded using AICarriers -- so I can create Fleet Week sailings.

I currently have them as player ships.
