Content.xml ?

As some may have noticed, file Content.xml is not used anymore since SU10.

Consequently, there's no obvious way to re-arrange scenery layers' priority.

I've read somewhere that it takes using Developer Mode to do that now, which doesn't come very handy, I think.

Any ideas?

No, it's not.

In the meanwhile I've discovered under "General Options - Experimental" (along with some other nice features), the "Package Reorder Tool", which covers the same functionality, and doesn't require Developer Mode at all.
