    D4Y Suisei

Here is a first image from a “fuselage and wings animation” test flight. So far, everything works as it should. My big question is, was the center gear retractable or not, the drawings I have are not clear with it (the drawings show a plane with non-retractable Center gear) but there are inflight pictures with retracted c-gear also with fixed c-gear, that’s a bit confusing. It seems that this plane has a lot of different builds with different setups like the German ME109
So far, the fuselage, wings, landing gear and Bombay are ready. Also, the breaking parts and textures are done. The aircraft setup will allow to easy replace the engine with a later radial engine.
The canopy parts are still not ready and not textured. The cockpit will be the next great challenge to do.

ASAP - but it will still take some time! I’m fortunately on Vacation now, so I can work the next two weeks on it daily (isn’t it scary? There is probably only one summer vacation left next year, before I got retired in 2024)

here are a few more testflight pictures

The outer aircraft is ready, inclusive the “birdcage” Canopy, I just started with the Cockpit. I added a simple Trainer paint to the aircraft.

There will be a Player and a AI version of this aircraft with different animations.

Just a question Did CFS2 have an “Inclinometer” Gauge? Like the picture below from a “game” aircraft

    Wolfi,

    Looking forward to this aircraft.

Can you repaint the stock gauge in the A6M2_Zero?

    Get the FDGv2_B6N2 Jill

Original model modified and re-uploaded by Maxstuka (has a bundled gauge file "FDG2_B6N.gau" that contains an iteration of what you're looking for shown below):

A little update, I’m just working on the Panel, the one thing I really hate on Japanese WW2 Aircraft, is the asymmetry of some panels! The “inclinometer” Gauge is for the “Box C” at the picture.
