    Great work Captain:

I have completed all of Luzon - 9 bases (1),

    Lubang (1)

    Mindoro Is - 3 bases (1&2),

    Cuyo Is (2),

    Dumaguete (1)

    Del Monte (1 on Mindanao).

I am gonna halt my "offensive" from the west. I am talking with Rami on Skype as I write this and he assures me that he still wants to participate in this project. Let's see what is left and give him the lion's share. He is eager to get started. He is home now and on the mend. I will let him fill in the details for you.

    Cheers:

    PS:

Here are some screenshots of Cuyo Is. Strip.

    Hi Rami:

Check with Captain Kurt for which ones he has done. They are listed on previous posts on this tread. I have done all the Pack I bases, except for the ones on Leyte. Capt. Kurt has done those and a bunch of bases from Pack II on the eastern side of the islands and we saved you the ones in the center. We, he and I, can do those if you like and you can do the boring stuff - readme's, putting the packs together ect if you like. I know you are going on a short vacation late this week. Let us know what you decide.Incdentaly I got an email from Kdriver yesterday in which he volunteered to help with the "packaging" too. This effort should be concluded by the end of next week!

    Hi Captain:

Great, Between the 2 of them, they should finish up the project (remaining Bases (Rami) and the admin stuff (Rami and Kevin). For example, I sent Rami 16 layouts and GSLs (to be joined as one. Did you do the GSLs as well as the layouts?

    Got 'em thanks.

I'll send the combined GSL so far to all airfield construction crew members.

    Kevin:

Why don't you wait until all the bases are done? Mine contain all of MR's Philippines Part 1 bases plus a few Part 2 strips (Cuyo Is, Calapan and Mamburao).

Greg, I was keen to have a look at Kurt's and your work so far. It only takes a few minutes to compile the combined GSL with GSLEdit.

You've both done a great job.

Where did you get this P-39 skin? Is it available anywhere?

Oh, and your GSLs look quite impressive, can't wait to see the final result!

    Hi Roxane-21:

I wanted a P-39 for a screenshot, so I grabbed the 1% bird right here at SOH.

    Good news folks:

The MR_PI GSL conversion project is nearly complete. I and Captain Kurt have converted most of the bases and Kdriver is testing and creating the GSL for them. As I speak, we have about 7 airstrips and 3 seaplane bases to go.

Rami has told me to pass on to Captain Kurt to forge ahead with building if we can't wait until he returns from vacation next Tues. I would like to wait, and save him some bases to do, so we can tack his name onto the growing list of credits. I will go back to mission building for Kursk tomorrow, but I did two more bases today - MR's Iloilo AF & FB (Water) a city airport and military seaplane base.

Let's let Rami have some to do.

I'm busy collaborating with Paul Straney on a Design Team Daedalus project which is taking most of my time. It's mostly Paul's model with some additional tweaking by me, plus my paint etc.

    Good afternoon,

I didn't realize how tired I would be today, but I am home, and will work on this tomorrow and through the weekend.

Take your time bro. They are rather addicting though. It shouldn't take too long to do them. Enjoy your return home and welcome back.
