Well it has been used many times by myself and others for nearly all the videos that I have out up on SOH, plus other files, plus the 40 odd who have downloaded the install. I can only assume it's your settings?

He was given access to my account found no issues, and said most likely you tried to download some other thing from mediafire and got your result.

In future, rather than such dramatic posts, you should give full details of what made you come to your conclusion that mediafire was the issue. In fact, I would be very grateful if Admin would remove all these posts; including this one

Hi, got it working. I had renamed the multi based on the readme since it said to copy multi.exe and rename but I guess thats the main folder name. However, it is very sluggish to the point of not being able to navigate at the selection screen when you start or plane selection and flight type etc. Any way to spped it up? I changed my resolution to the 1600x32 as my modded install but the modded one is fluid and does not lag.

Have you used MultiCFS3.exe before? Just
    1. Make it compatible to XP SP3
    2. Open and put in the name CFS3 TOW Pt.1 1940-1942 or whatever. (Do not rename MultiCFS3.exe itself; Just put the install name in the blank provided when you open MultiCFS3.exe,)
    3. Make cfs3config.exe compatible to XP SP3 and configure it at highest level you can.
    4. Make cfs3.exe compatible to XP SP3 and run the game.
I then adjust my ConfigOverrides.xml in the appdata folder to below ( Just copy from </TextureLimits>)

    Disable Shadows

Hi James, have you tried disabling shadows in TOW? In daylight installs at least, Ankor's shaders prefer shadows disabled in the config.

About to install expansion. Any problems i should look for ? Instructions are very good and seems straightforward . Can't wait to get started, just need the spare time to do it. Thanks for all the hard work and time spent on this project.Waited a long time to have this option in CFS3.Never had a problem with Ankor's shaders being used with night settings, just a dimly lit room is all that is needed IMO. Thanks again to everyone involved ! Regards,Scott

If you are talking about the cfg file, mine is based on one MajorMagee did some time ago. May need updating?

Well, making sure A.I. Radar works properly is the big thing, since it effects so many missions. If you used it in the latest BoB release for RAF Fighter Control, it should be easier; just grab the latest version. other than that, the stuff associated with 'TOW required or alternative files folders readme' may require some paying attention to.

Hi James, my point is that for Ankors shaders, AFAIK it is recommended that config shadows be disabled. Just suggesting it may be worth trying to see how it looks

Good find. I have yet to try that in CFS3 but I get the point of the climb dangers. I think that once on the deck, I would stay there for a while!

Tried to download the .rar file and mediafire would send .Said it was a dangerous file. Run Win 10 antivirus and never had problems ,even downloading .exe files. All others were fine. Am i doing something wrong ? Regards, Scott

Which file exactly? If you are talking about the AI radar one, my win10 pro has no issues. Are you using some 3rd party app like Norton? If a real issue, I can upload a zip of the same. In any case thew latest AI radar app is available here.

Windows Defender has never liked the RSM module program on my system. It sees it as being loaded with a Trojan Virus. No matter how many times I whitelist it, the next time the system touches that file it quarenteens it again.

Interesting; I am not having that issue with my Win10 Pro. I keep the exe on a desktop folder also whitelisted. I have had that issue a while back, but not recently. In any case the upload does not contain an .exe file but a .maketoexe or similar file.

A.I. Radar app in mediafire as a zip https://www.mediafire.com/file/xhjcq9zc1ndlnu4/A.I.Radar_v1.2.zip/file

I also got his from another forum "Thanks for that , This morning I found that instead of using edge I reverted to Google Chrome and downloaded without issue"

So using MS Edge may be an issue. Personally I still use Firefox as my main PC browser
