The "Tigermeet" one looks very cool.

I used to think that FSX had great visuals. But it doesn't hold a candle to MSFS.

I can't wait until I can afford a new computer capable of handling MSFS.

These were the days before helicopters took over the oil fields. Float planes would land in the canals that were dredged to get to oil structures and bring people and supplies. Even oil field salesmen would fly their own or companies’ planes to meet their customers.

Thank you for the compliments, Manschy and John. The screenshots were taken on just an initial look at a small area of the recently-released freeware Port Neville addon. I really love the detail added along the shores.

Living in "the land of 10,000 lakes", we have a good share of float plane/seaplane action too (it also helps to live close to Wipaire's base of operations). Perhaps one of my biggest disappointments with anything that has been done for MSFS to-date is that Carenado didn't include a float version of their Beech 18, having grown-up seeing a few of those over the years (I should add, however, that the Carenado Beech 18, with the Denarq mods, is otherwise probably my favorite aircraft in the sim at this time).

For those (myself included), who like props, warbirds, helis, and small airfields from days gone by, then this is a very informative channel for you :

John - beautiful & inspiring set of shots - was that a default paint on the Cessna or one of yours?

    Cheers

There's something about your screenshots John which immeadiately identifies them as yours. Would love a short tutorial one of the days.

Thank you, Richard. The paint scheme is one that's included in this repaint set: https://flightsim.to/file/27730/upda...or-every-model

YoYo, I love those screenshots of the P-38. When I first saw those on Facebook on my phone, I initially thought they were paintings.
