Best regards, Manfred.
Can you post the name of the zip file you're using,, and where you got it?
I've got a number of MD500s, so I need to know which one you're working with.

Hi Pat,
thank you - it's this file:

Hmm - strange. When I click the installer, nothing happens. I am using Firefox, but everything seems to be downloaded properly.
Best regards, Manfred.
Yap, doubleclicking and unzipped.
Just did some tests with some other downloads, and noticed that some work and some don't. So several programme installer run fine (OBS Studio, Photoscape, Firefox...), others like Payloadmanager or especially NDERSMD500V10.exe not. No matter if I run as admin or replace the installer name by installer.exe or setup.exe. Weird - just thought it was only a MD-500 issue, now I furthermore get problems with some other important downloads . No idea, what's the culprit...maybe a Win10 gift....
Best regards, Manfred.
Do a Google search for win10 can't run .exe files. Plenty of answers for that problem.
Charlie Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and will eventually buy a new computer. Running a Chromebook for now!
After no possible answers to my problem found at Google, I did a deeper look into the .exe properties. There I noticed the option "clearance" and clicked it. Afterwards, the installer starts immediately
Didn't know that this works...Anyway, now I am happy.
Thanks for all support .
Best regards, Manfred.
