After a re-install I find Taxing Problem..The Rudders Work and Turn but the planes does not.. No tail wheel lock in play .Any Thoughts?? Thnx!

Did you make the change in the [Contact Points] section to make the tail wheel steerable?

Just as a note, few larger tail draggers had a steerable tailwheel. The DHC-3 Otter being an exception with (a rather troublesome) electric unit. Unfortunately most people do not have multiple throttles in their control setup. This adds a lot to realism as one can better experience the vagaries of handling large tail draggers.
