Cannot remember what aircraft this is...

I'd like to know what the aircraft is in the top picture and if freeware/payware available? Thanks, NC

It is The Eurofighter Typhoon and I know Dino Cattaneo is working on one. Mike

It's the Eurofighter Typhoon. Dino has one (payware) in the works which looks amazing. The old Alphasim JAS-39 Gripen is still around (the bottom photo) but it's quite dated. An excellent Rafale (middle photo) was built by Rollus but he was forced to take it down from SimMarket. I was very lucky to have bought my copy before it was taken down off the site.

Many thanks! I have seen screenshot previews of Dino's project, and had forgotten about it. That will be worth waiting for! NC

If at first you don't succeed, try, try,try again. ... or go read the manual.

The Justflight model looks great, but I think I will wait for Dino's. Probably gonna be a long wait. NC

Hello guys, You Can find also the rafale by thor's hammer in freeware. A Great model of french navy but There's no panel.
The rollus rafale became the wasp with a modification of the exterior of the aircraft...Also you Can find a rafale for fs9, the rafale by vpa, freeware too.
    Good fly

There was also a freeware, FSX-native Rafale made my "Thor'sHammer" ot something like that ? But it had no virtual cockpit, and it was a different version (Marine or Airforce).
I missed the opportunity to buy Rollus' Rafale, which is a shame. I wish he had solved the copyright problems with Dassault, instead of withdrawing the Rafale from the market...

I don't know of any good Gripen for now.

And yes, the Eurofighter is available in payware, the most recent one being the one by JustFlight. However, even though the 3D model is quite cool, the flight model is not so good and the aircraft has a big hit on performance (FPS). I'd recommend waiting for the Eurofighter made by Dino.

And speaking of Dino's Eurofighter project....he just posted this on Facebook a few minutes ago!

"Unfortunately I will not be able to release the Beta version of the Typhoon before Chirstmas as I planned... sorry for that, but it makes no sense to have an "half baked" Beta version. With the current pace, I should have all the 3D modeling and the MFD system complete by the end of the year... but it is coming along quite nicely...trust me... or trust the pictures"
