REX's HD Airports out but beware

Got an email this morning and purchased and purchase went well(20% discount) Beware ! Tons of download and installer problems (which I am having) being experienced by many . Incomplete downloaded files and some people are having corrupt cab files . To top it all off site is (REX forums) is down off and on from being bombed by people (most of whom are not happy at the moment of which I am on ! ) not very good beta and preparation in my opinion on the part of REX .

Can't see any system requirements, eg. Soft Clouds says won't run on Windows XP. It's the installer, not the contents, that are the issue.
Anyone here know?
