You are sure welcome. I would have done the work for myself, so I'd be kind of an arse to not share. lol
Just an FYI for the painters.
I did include the layer mesh, so it is easy to open that...
If it would be helpful I can put together a labeled mesh layer that identifies all the hard to find bits like the dome base, cowl flaps, interior surfaces, prop hubs etc. :encouragement:
Here ya go boss.

Elvis is in the house. :applause:
For anyone interested in enabling P3D Dynamic Reflections.
Important Note:
This model is only approved for FSX by the developers, but I have flown it in P3D throughout the beta process. You may...
The V2 paint kit is completely compatible with the V3 model, but there were a lot of additional work hours beyond the addition of Ted's radials undertaken for the new PK.
I've also tweaked my model in MCX with positive results. You can anticipate the usual impact on FPS, so your settings will need to be monitored. My system handles it fine with sliders full right and...
Update Heads Up: C-47 V3 Drag-Em-Oot Texture

I decided to go with a finish very much like what is shown in archive photos of the working airplane. Almost restoration new, but with some every day use showing as well. This...
Wont work Chief, the layout is different. C-117 uses three texture sheets for the external, the fuse is much longer, taller v-stab etc.
I've got a pearl silver/black skin for the C-47 though. My...
Thank you for spotlighting that one John. I've still got quite a bit of detailing to do, door handles need proper color, cowls need chromate green inside and the gear need some detailing as well i.e....
Thanks Ron, that one will be added to the punch list. :encouragement:

Thanks for pointing that out fuzz1. Gremlins....
Just delete those .bmp files, the sim is defaulting to those instead of the .dds files.
Corrected files are uploading as of the time of this post.

The problem in creating a belly band line using a circle mask as in the case of the DAK nose section is that the mask, which creates the circle, leaves...
One trick I use when I do a radius stripe.
Compose the stripe at twice the resolution you will actually be using. Do it in a separate doc.
Feather the edges of the stripe by 0.5 pixel.

The rivets will be in the texture, spec and bump layers, or are you referring to the belly band stripe?
Are you working in the PK?
I may be mistaken but judging form the screen cap you posted, that looks like Jan's black VC...not mine. Not to worry, it's a beauty.
Looks like the bug was on my end. I went through the entire set of VC textures and made the necessary corrections. I've re-loaded the RAF KG374 file with the update. Thanks for the HU.
The syntax you are showing here will create a conflict.
Don't modify your texture.cfg file. Copy the entire texture.cfg document from texture.RAF374 and paste it into the aircraft texture folder...
