Ah, I thought I had the latest model but there is a newer latest model! Thanks Rob. :-)
May I ask if you have any settings for boost, rpm, airspeed etc for various parts of the flight ? I find...
I have a rotary axis assigned to propeller pitch on all aircraft.
Since installing the latest version of the Dove, the propeller pitch levers move in the opposite direction to all other aircraft....
That's the problem with a lot of these models - really interesting and beautifully made, but how often are you going to fly them before they are consigned to your digital Davis Monthan ? All credit...
Definitely getting it but, like others, I'll wait for it to go on sale elsewhere. Going by this video AzurPoly have done a great job, as expected:

Hi Keith - thanks, but no, it's not like a desktop shortcut. This is a link in the Community folder - right clicking / properties only shows the location of the link. It's something to do with...
RAE at Farnborough is very interested in it.

A quick question - where does Inibuilds Manager install the aircraft ? I can see a virtual link to it in the...
Certainly interested here, but I quite like the AH one ( apart from the prop hub animation ).
Hi Jan - I don't own the P-47, nor will I be doing so in the future. I'm only going by what I see in that update video, and for them to refashion the rear fuselage in such short order is impressive....
All credit to AH - they've certainly done some major work on it. I never knew they fitted the Malcom hood to the P-47, so that's another little history lesson for me.
There's also the Flying Iron Mk IX which I have. Can't compare it to the other two since I dont have them, but it is all the Spitfire I need. A thing of beauty.
That is just about the best comparison shot I have ever seen posted.
Looking forward to it, a favourite aircraft of mine. Only issue spotted so far is the unconvincing paint chipping around the glare shield. Hopefully, Azurpoly will rectify that, as they are pretty...
That's later news than I have- thanks for that!
That's the very pleasant problem with Flying Iron - they are all as good as each other, I think. It's a case of deciding which aircraft you like most in the real world, and starting with that.

From what I have heard, such is the clamour for the Fortress that they've put the 190 on the back burner for now.
And to heck with it - I've just bought the Me-109. Flight-sim wise, this has been...
I've got all of them except the Me-109 ( which is only a matter of time ). Current favourite is the P-38, but they are all incredibly rewarding to learn and fly well. Almost an education in WW2...
Great information there, Allen. Well done.
As an aside, I was in a pub in Cambridge some years ago, and got into a conversation with someone visiting Duxford's 'Flying Legends' airshow. His...
As you've no doubt found out, there aren't many pictures of the scope itself, let alone how it would have fitted in the Horten's cockpit. Hopefully someone will come up with the images you need, but...
With Lichtenstein radar too ? I wonder if the scope is modelled inside.
Yes, the trick to April Fools jokes is that people should laugh at why they ever thought it was true in the first place.
All they have done in this case is to make a very convincing advert about...
The weathering /wear in that VC is just perfect. It is so often overdone, but Mike always gets it just right. A beautiful model.
Bought Old Warden as soon it was released, and very pleased with it. I've visited the place a few times, and it has a lovely atmosphere. Home to the oldest flying aircraft in the world ( a Bleriot...
It looks very nice indeed. Nice price too.
Some great repaints for this beautiful aircraft. Jankees, I particularly like the Macrobertson Miller Airlines one - perfect for touring Australia, and visiting Orbx's Alice Springs.
