Found this mentioned in some thread at X-Plane.org. Might be right down some of you people's alleys.

Also check out their other X-Plane stuff while...
Word of warning: Updates for any Carenado aircraft are very unlikely as the people who did their X-Plane releases (Thranda) do not work with them anymore. So any bugs and issues with the aircraft...
Last development update 6 years ago --> deader than my grandparents.

Umm, Sue...that's JRollon's SF-260.:engel016:
And it's still the benchmark for visuals and sound fidelity. Even the otherwise great $80 ToLiss Airbuses don't get close, but on the other hand do not come with the 738X' framerate hit.

Yay! :jump:
Retro version of Friedrichshafen?
There's a "Team Lufthansa" painted Dash 8 in the background and the surrounding terrain is hilly. Could therefore be Augsburg.

Thanks for the heads-up, Michael!
The few copies of the book that are available are a bit expensive though.
Saw this and just had to click. Been to both airfields multiple times in the past and both have really nice museums. The one for the Erprobungsstelle even has a He-162 replica and the nose section of...
Fair enough. I had only checked out the CRJ-200 after robertsv released the package and forgot that he included a Challenger as well.

Probably my longest sim flight in like 20 years. 2000 nm from Berlin to Tenerife. Over five hours in total.
The ToLiSS A321 is really well made, although Zibo's freeware 737 still has a better...

Hot out of the oven and perfectly timed for your purchase (and this thread): A persistence and startup mod for the L-18.

No real flying time yet, but I bought it last sale and the first impression was really solid. No framerate hit, sounds are okay and it's artistically consistent. It also doesn't use any dirgital...
