Gerald, Inside the zip file you downloaded there is a text file called "Hun_password.txt" , which contains the password. I assume you downloaded the FS9 1.1 version for which the password is DU6V4X. Andrew's P-51s are in the CFS2 section of the library here. When you go to the Warbirds Library, select the search option and search on the userid AcWai you will find all his uploads. Around page 5 or 6 you will find his P-51s. Cheers, Huub

one of the great joys of p3D/FSX was that you could easily play around with exhaust smoke - swapping the effects from one aircraft to another and also moving the location as to where the smoke was emitted from

Question number 1: I downloaded the CWDT F100C and it has the payware installer. Problem is it asks for a password. Anyone know a way around this? Question number 2: I want to download Andrew's excellent FS2004 CWDT P51 Mustang but I can't find it here. Anyone know where to pick this up? Simviation Forums • View topic - CWDT P-51 vs. WoP P-51

Unknown territory. I haven't a clue. Must be a shortcut to add bridges to the global layer rather than single entries into the gl file You also have bridgedesc.txt which may be a description of the different bridges. ??????

I've used Eset Antivirus for the past 15 years (?!). No issues and it has done its job. I'm running Win 10 now and I'm waiting for see how Windows 12 shakes out. I could jump to Windows 11, but from what I have seen there is little incentive to do so until 2025 comes. By that time, I'll probably be considering a new system build any way.

Actually...now that I think about it...my wish to "have lots of dirty turboprop smoke when I pour the coal to it" would be inaccurate...the engine speed stays constant on the Allison T56...all the throttles do is change the prop pitch...so....I just want the usual turboprop smoke for a -130... This looks terrific, thank the flight sim gods that Captain Sim have got a gauge programmer at last! I might break a personal rule and spring for this one - it's a multi-engine turboprop after all...

Soundset seems okay, but after doing some flying, this one is certainly not study level. I believe the airframe flies a bit too fast (it is a BEAR to get it slowed down in time to make a stabilized approach)...and as for the cockpit, many of the panels (particularly on the overhead) are not functional. My feeling is that as a C-130 lover, it will likely scratch my itch until the Blackbird -J comes out... It is fun, the internal and external visuals are nice (there is NO nice turboprop smoke, though!). At $39 US the price doesn't seem that crazy. There are NO manuals/user guide (so, Limits speeds are as follows: 50% flaps = 180 kts, 100% flaps = 145 kts., Landing gear = 165 kts). In addition there is no paint kit, although the features claim "– Supports a growing number of livery packs...

Well, putting all that I found into one probable scenario: When the conversion was done in 2016 by LLC and since I was a contributor, I most likely had a working copy of the Hun which is why I have what appears to be the only native FSX copy on SOH at this point. There is a native FSX version on Rikoo but I don't use them and know nothing about the site. If anyone can contact any of the original team that produced this airplane and get permission to release what I have, I'll be more than happy to do so.

The initial release of the C-130 killed their reputation. Then the Tie Fighter fiasco. Dubious about this one. No reviews yet. Looks like a complete rebuild inside and out. How is the soundset? -d

My first purchase for Flight Simulator way back in the day was the Capt. Sim C-130. I just downloaded it for MSFS. Thanks for the heads up! Now I'm off to Elizabeth City or Kodiak!

There is a lot to like about this airplane, both the airframe and the developer. It's beautiful and detailed inside and out.......I just can't quite get behind the control response. The OV-10 should have a playful character, as it literally pulls itself together the faster you fly. There is a synchrony of aerodynamics that need to happen to make this true, and the flight model would need moderate to major revisions to achieve them. Key responses occur with low-speed transition below ~90 knots and high-speed transition above ~160 knots. (Low speed) Below ~160 knots the Bronco exhibits adverse yaw, which gets more pronounced as the aircraft slows. It has a remarkable stall speed, but is also highly susceptible to Dutch Roll below ~90 knots. Most landings are performed at only...
