Falcon409 sent me a link to Stuff4FS Terrain Sculptor Pro. I have been studying the manual to try and get the terrain properly sculpted for the terminal and the tower if I can manage to figure it out. It doesn't SEEM too difficult. Have any of you used it before and have any tips to keep me from making avoidable mistakes? I can use all the help I can get. Even a volunteer who is familiar with using it to help me out. :wavey:

I appreciate really much your input to this thread whenever I need a little help with something I missed. I do a Google Search before posting but it seems that not everything comes up like the French Navy site. I ONLY got GAS and Just Flight who sells GAS models. Hope you are having a good weekend.:loyal:

As usual a bit too late.... But as already mentioned there are the payware Stampe & Vertonge aircraft by Golden Age Simulations, which is a very nice package covering a lot of different models. But there is also the freeware version by Eric Dantès, which has started his fifth life after conversion to FSX and P3Dv4 by A.F. Scrub. The model is available at the Royale French Navy site. http://royalefrenchnavy.restauravia.fr/RFN-Avions.htm

And that flight was just fine but I forgot to post after the last CTD yesterday I checked and there was another update for the drivers released on 5/30. I installed those drivers but had not been able to test them yet. . GPU ran between 79C and 82C. Landed at KMTC safely. I will do a few more longer legs in the in the C172 just for the fun of it.

Just Released for X-Planes 11 and 12 (two different versions) - Albatros DVa Many thanks to “Captain Kurk” for permission to use his Microsoft FS2004 model as a starting point to create the X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 12 models. Although, many items have been updated, redone, or created from scratch, “Captain Kurk’s model is the basis and starting point for this model. Many thanks to Dan Hopgood for the use of the correct airfoils, and the excellent FMOD sounds specially created for this aircraft. The FMOD sounds are based on the flying exact replica with an original Mercedes D.IIIaü piston engine owned by Mr. Kermit Weeks at Fantasy of Flight in Florida. You have indeed be told the truth Hiede, it's not a simple task. I've tried myself, and even a simple mission with small amounts of ground scenery takes a while to hand-edit, and a lot of patience. To take on the editing of a large campaign is a tall task. Your son's efforts on the USMC Aces campaign are very well done, he has a real knack for it (and way more patience than me 😉). His talents and effort are greatly appreciated. Also very cool to see someone of the younger generation with such an interest in this 'ol sim!

It's an offshoot of Milviz/Blackbird, and what they're doing is updating some of the Milviz FSX/P3D releases to work properly in MSFS, but without totally redoing the modeling and textures, and without adding things like EFB's or complex failure modeling.
