Object Properties Dialog Box

Allows modification of object properties.

Name: Enter a meaningfull name of the object.
X, Y, & Z: Adjust the relative position from a datum or to another object in the complete model.
Rotation: Adjust the angular rotation in degrees.
Crash control Only for the cube object. The airplane crashs in case you fly through the object. If the cube doesn't have any textures, you can use it as an invisible 'crash area'.
RotateToAircraft:  An interesting new feature with FS2000 which allows any 2 dimensional object to always rotate to face the viewer. For example, a texture of a person will always face the viewer by rotating in the field of view. Also, by using a tree texture, the tree appears to be full bodied, or 3 dimensional.
Constant object rotation:  Use this feature for radar antennas or other rotating objects. Please note that some combinations of options aren't possible.
Shade polygons Use this option for round objects, like the cylinder. The picture shows you the difference:
'Shade polygons' was deactivated for the left object.
Drawing priotity (ZBias): Don't use this feature if you don't need it. You'll only need it if two side (polygon) of different objects are at the same location and FS2000 doesn't know which side is more important (so both sides will be glimmering). The drawing priority is something like the 'layer' of polygons in Airport 2.6. An exagerated usage of this drawing priority can cause bleedthroughs in FS2000!
Textures: Texture: Opens the texture dialog box where the textures/colors can be chosen for the various sides, top and bottom of the object. (See: Texture dialog box).
Parameter: Adjust the size and other things of the object. (See: EOD objects.).
Information: This just shows a general view of the object type.
Help: This brings up a mini-menu where you can choose which help topic you require about the object being produced.

Attention
The object's dimensions are best produced using even numbers. Odd numbers produce assymetric shapes.
